This provider of patented recreational tow vehicles retained our firm to provide inventory financing, equity and introductions for strategic commercial alliances. To that end, we provided potentially significant third-party relationship introductions to the Company, supporting its proprietary technology on a nation-wide platform.
(OTCBB:BSIO) This developer of integrated homeland security devices and related software retained Transition Partners for the purpose of maximizing shareholder value. Specifically, we undertook an evaluation of the Company’s technology and explored various thirdparty strategic alliance relationships from which the Company could finanically benefit.
This provider of technology packaging for consumer products has retained Transition Partners periodically throughout the past nine years. In this connection and specifically during 2006, we originated debt and permanent institutional financing for the reconstruction of its entire state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in metropolitan Denver, Colorado, enabling it to be a showcase manufacturing facility.
We were retained by this developer of patented alternative enabling materials technology for use in various industries. To this end, we procured term sheets evidencing up to $5 million in financing from various strategic financing partners. We also assisted the Company in restructuring its business for which this funding could be utilized.
This 11-year-old family business retained Transition Partners to assist it in its sale to a major leveraged buy-out fund. To this end, the 13 locations of Royal Sign Supply, Inc. across the United States were folded into the acquiring company as it expanded in the commercial sign supply business throughout America.
This distributor of technology-based, high end commercial office furniture retained Transition Partners to assist it in connection with the relocation of its facilities, procurement of additional working capital for expansion and growth, as well as other financial advisory services. We also provided ancillary financial support for the Company’s operations.
